Throughout my journey, I have discovered resources that were instrumental to my path. I had to find some of them on my own, as one does, but some have been recommended by teachers and guides over time.

I will continue to provide updates to these lists as we go forward. Until then, I hope you find something that helps you where you are at in your journey back to you. I have linked things for ease of use but note that does not equate to my support of that particular seller. Should it, I will note that as well! It should also be said that if a book is on this list, I have read some, if not all of it. It is actually quite rare that I finish a book in its entirety! I tend to graze and go back again and again.
