This class is an initiation into the realm of the unabridged soul. A unique soulful somatic experience created by Serafina Nicole rooted in her intuitive channeling and training in: dreamwork, Eastern Somatics, meditation & mindfulness, Tarot and trauma awareness. This class is one that must be experienced to understand the power it holds.

In this sacred space, you will have the opportunity to bridge worlds — learning how to practice holding one foot in this realm and another in the vast subconscious world of dreams.

Together, we will shine light into the discomfort of the darkness in-between to uncover the rich wisdom residing there, calling you forward into your most magical life.

All classes will include:

• Gentle honey-like seated (or lying down), grounding somatic movement by candlelight

• Journal prompting

• Storytelling as wisdom rooted in Jungian and Shamanic-based dreamwork, depth psychology, mythology, fairy tale and personal dream experiences

• Tarot and/or Oracle card intuitive symbolic consideration

• Guided channeled mindfulness, active imagination and visualization-based meditation

• Intentions, prompts & ritual recommendations for your dreams, week, and life ahead

*Any movement will be appropriate for all bodies. You do NOT need to remember your dreams to do this class but you may begin to remember them more fully because of this practice! Take what you need from this experience and make it your own.
