Daily mobility is like flossing for the body. These gentle movements help us to maintain functional fitness and ease of movement as we age and move through life. Additionally, adding meditation to the mix supports in cultivating a balanced body and mind that can handle whatever life throws at us.
Doing all of these things outdoors will allow you to take some time, mid-day, to slow down and come back to center. To find some connection and ease in your body and allow the natural world to hold you through a guided meditation to find some stillness and acceptance within.
Serafina Nicole will be leading you through this experience — all you have to do is show up and allow yourself to be open and gentle with the body you’ve been gifted. Learn how it moves, what it needs and how to reconnect on an ongoing basis.
These practices are accessible to most bodies* and are tools you can carry forward into your own daily movement rituals.
