What are dreams? Why would we want to try to remember them? How do we begin to remember and journal them? These are the basic questions we’ll be exploring and attempting to answer in this introductory dreamwork discussion.
You will walk away with a better understanding of your own dream life and tools for engaging deeper, should you wish to.

Your own tarot or oracle cards (if you do not have any, Serafina can pull some for you)
